Consultant Profile

Anita Ryan, owner and senior advisor of Family Business Success, has coached, trained and mentored members of family businesses to improved health in a broad cross-section of industries.  Her experience is solid, having come from a family business background and being co-owner of a family owned manufacturing operation.  Over time, she has held numerous management positions and is currently Chairman of the Board of her family business.  Anita holds an undergraduate degree from Augustana College and an MA from the University of Wisconsin.  In addition, she serves as a faculty member in the Executive MBA program at the University of St. Thomas.
